Maison du Sucre catered my client’s wedding, and every dessert was perfection. The Magenbrot display alone became the evening’s centerpiece. It was delicate, fragrant and unforgettable.
I’ve toured patisseries all over Europe, and Maison du Sucre feels like a love letter to Swiss indulgence. The meringue melts before you even finish the first bite.
As a fellow pastry chef, I’m in awe of their precision. Their mousse has the smoothest chocolate I’ve ever seen, you can practically see your reflection in it.
I stop by every Sunday for their warm Apfelstrudel and espresso. It’s become a tradition, the staff already knows my order. True Swiss hospitality.
